HEALTH GUARANTEE

At Majestic Bully Empire, we stand by the health and well-being of our puppies, which is why we offer a one-year health guarantee covering the following conditions:

• Heart defects (Grade 4 or above)

• Organ dysfunction

• Genetic defects

• Life-threatening conditions

• Canine Distemper

• Canine Coronavirus

If your American Bully puppy develops any untreatable life-threatening condition or passes away due to a heart, organ, or genetic defect, you must provide initial veterinary records stating the cause, along with a picture of the deceased puppy. To process a claim, we require copies of all initial veterinary exams and permission to communicate directly with your veterinarian. Additionally, any symptoms of canine distemper or canine coronavirus must be reported to us by your vet within the first 15 days of receiving your puppy (the incubation period) to qualify for this health guarantee.

SPECIAL ORDER

To reserve an American Bully puppy, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required. This deposit secures your chosen puppy and will be applied toward the final adoption fee.

Reservation Process:

• If your preferred puppy is available, you can reserve it immediately with the $500 deposit.

• If your chosen puppy is no longer available, you may place a Special Order, and we will find a puppy that closely matches your preferences, such as gender, color, size, and facial features.

• Once your requested puppy is found, the deposit will hold the puppy for 7 calendar days. If the remaining balance is not paid within this time, the reservation will be forfeited.

Final Payment:

• When completing your transaction, you will pay only the remaining balance of the adoption fee (total price minus the $500 deposit).

• Full payment must be made before the puppy is released for pick-up or delivery.
